Terms of Use

Optimum LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and language-learning purposes.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or distribute the App or any of its content
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• rent, lease, or sublicense the App to others
• use the App to build a competing product

You may create an account to save progress and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it if it changes. You must be at least 8 years old to use the App; users under 13 must have parental consent.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
• interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers
• use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through App features

All content in the App — including word lists, audio recordings, graphics, UI design, and code — is the property of Optimum LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The Ge'ez script and Ethiopian/Eritrean cultural content used in the App is presented respectfully for educational purposes.

The App is free and supported by in-app advertising via Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at oneoptimumsolutions@gmail.com.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and we may delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any word definitions, translations, or audio content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, since the App is free, is zero).

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will update the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Optimum LLC's place of business.
